Tru By Hilton Audubon Valley Forge

STAFF: The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. A few hours after arriving, they texted me asking how everything was (yes, it was them at the front desk, not a robot.) They also texted me the next afternoon asking if they could improve anything. ROOM: Everything was within walking distance and the rooms were the perfect size. I appreciated the utilization of the space in the rooms. There was storage space under the beds, a bench under the TV with space underneath that, hooks on the walls, a desk, and storage space in the bathroom under the sink. I loved the shower, it was very clean and the water temperature was great. I brought my own shampoo/conditioner, but the hotel had shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall in the shower via a squeeze tube. They also had hand soap and lotion by the bathroom sink. There was a mini fridge, an iron with a board, 10 outlets, 4 usb ports under the TV, adequate lighting (including a lamp with a dimmer) and the free wifi was easy to set up. There was no microwave in the room, but they have one down in the lobby. LOBBY: So much seating! There were couches, individual cubicles, tables and two cool hanging chairs. At the tables there are outlets so you can charge your devices. There is a cool Valley Forge mural on the wall which gives a nice touch to the room. There is also free coffee and tea. There are snacks there as well, but I believe you must pay for those. GAMES: There were many games in the lobby to choose from. Two tables of foosball, large dominos, large jenga, board games, and outside they had a patio with plenty of seating and lights hanging up and a chess/checkerboard painted on one of the tables (the pieces were kept inside). Unfortunately, people over time have stolen the chess pieces, so the staff recommends you bring your own if you'd like to play chess. The patio is the perfect place to hang out, and we met new people while hanging out there. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel!!!

Everything, the cleanliness is number one of why this place is exceptional. Very peaceful environment. Breakfast was good and complementary coffee all day. The staff are so friendly and very attentive when needed. And the lounge!! Me and my wife was competitive at the fuse ball table. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great facility, room was everything I needed, location was very close to my destination. Breakfast was great, with good hours allowing me to get up at 9 AM and still have a meal available in the lobby. All in all, I had a great stay and the service I received was just what I needed.

Nice simple modern design. Comfortable, ample parking. Everything worked well. The lobby and breakfast area was cool and having coffee available all the time was neat.

I stayed at this hotel with my 14-year old and his friend. The lobby was excellent for teenagers. There are foosball tables and games, and they had The Office playing in the lobby.
